Regular exercise during pregnancy can improve health, reduce the risk of excess weight gain and back pain. Swimming, brisk walking, yoga, and stationary cycling are good ways to get fit during pregnancy. Some special exercises like squatting and pelvic tilts can help prepare for labor.

Fenugreek is known for its medicinal properties such as carminative, gastric stimulant, antidiabetic and galactogogue (lactation-inducer) effects.
